1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a cab with MLSCABSERVICES (via phone or WhatsApp) or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

MLSCABSERVICES provides the following taxi and cab services in and from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh:

• Local cab service within Kanpur city
• Outstation one-way and round-trip taxi rides
• Airport transfers to/from Kanpur and Lucknow airports
• Corporate and employee transport
• Tour and sightseeing packages

3. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are made via phone call or WhatsApp message.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or call from our team.
• Prices quoted are approximate. Final fare is confirmed before the trip begins.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Fares & Payment

• Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and time.
• Toll charges, state taxes, and parking fees are charged extra at actuals.
• Payment is accepted in cash or UPI at the end of the trip.
• Prices listed on our website are indicative and may vary.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation if cancelled more than 2 hours before the scheduled trip.
• Cancellations within 2 hours of trip start may attract a nominal cancellation fee.
• No-shows (passenger not available at pickup time) will be charged a waiting fee.
• We will notify you promptly if we are unable to fulfill your booking.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be present at the pickup location at the confirmed time.
• Passengers are responsible for the safety of their luggage.
• Smoking, consuming alcohol, or carrying prohibited substances in our cabs is strictly not allowed.
• Passengers must behave respectfully toward our drivers at all times.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.

7. Driver & Vehicle

• All drivers are licensed, police-verified, and trained professionals.
• We ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• In exceptional circumstances, the assigned vehicle type may be substituted with an equivalent option.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

MLSCABSERVICES is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, or any circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any anticipated delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fare amount paid for the specific trip. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
